If the download is successful you will find the downloaded installation program is about 4.5 MB. It isbe named "SPS14Installer". Your computer might display ".exe" at the end of the name.
Double-Click the downloaded installation program in Windows Explorer to install on your computer.
Then find the installed program in theProgram Menu.
The installation program does not create a desktop icon but you may do so if you are able.
