	"St. Pete Scorer" is a One- Design scoring program for computers running Windows95 or later with a 32-bit processor and 10 Mb. free hard disk space. There are special versions for Optimists and Lasers/Laser Masters. It is user-friendly and mostly intuitive. Over a thousand copies have been distributed in 36 countries on 6 continents, and 31 of the 50 United States. "St. Pete Time Allowance Scorer" attempts to bring a similar user-friendly environment to the scoring of handicap races.
